The Arena Barn

The barn is conveniently located close to the Wordly-Martin jumping arena.

The Hay Barn

• 12 Heritage custom stalls and 10 standard stalls with matted floors, auto waterers (22 stalls total)

• 1/2 bathroom and RV Hookup

Located near the clay base riding arena and Guest House.  

 

The gallop consists of 5 furlong and 7 furlong turf tracks with a steady incline.

The Duplex

two living spaces separated by a common hallway annex opening up to to the in ground pool with hill top pasture views.  Each side consists of a master Bedroom with Full bath, full kitchen, Laundry, dining and living rooms. There are additional 3 guest bedrooms with 1/2 baths.

Mardanza Cottage

3 bedrooms and 2 baths with screened porches on both sides and hilltop views of pasture and pond.

Mardanza Guest House

3 Bedrooms and 2.5 Baths with a shared yard and stunning infinity pool.  Hilltop and sunset views.
